Archived information does not generally form part of this publication scheme. However, there is a right of access provided by FOISA and the EIRs and you are still able to make a request for archived information under our commitment to openness.

To ensure that records are managed properly, the Authority aims to conform to the Code of Practice on Records Management which has been issued by Ministers in accordance with Section 61 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and intends to adopt a Disposal and Retention Policy (currently under development and available March 2010) detailing how it intends to manage its records.
